find and order from vendors near you
chapter one
what layovr is
layovr is a way to find what you need near you, fast. you search for something, a phone charger, a satin headscarf, iced coffee, a last-minute gift, and layovr shows you the vendors around you that have it, whether they're open right now, and how many minutes it takes to reach you.
think of it as a live departures board for the shops, stalls, booths and kitchens around you. not a directory you scroll through, but a quick answer to "who near me has this, right now?"
chapter two
the problem we're solving
you're at a concert and your phone is on 4%. you're at a fair and forgot your bag. you're at a conference and need something to eat between sessions. the thing you need is almost always nearby. finding it is the hard part.
so you walk around, ask people, scroll through social media, or just go without. meanwhile the vendor two rows away had it the whole time and never knew you were looking. layovr closes that gap, for the person searching and the business that can help.
chapter three
how it works
- search for what you need in your own words, or let layovr use your location to show vendors near you that are open now.
- pick from what's actually in stock, with prices and an honest time estimate.
- get it delivered to where you are, free, or pick it up yourself.
- follow it on a boarding pass, from checked in to landed.
the full walkthrough is on how it works.
chapter four
why minutes matter more than miles
when you need something now, distance on a map isn't the real question. time is. a shop 200 metres away is no help if it's closed, and a stall across the venue might reach you faster than the one next door if it delivers.
that's why layovr sorts by how quickly something can be in your hands, shows who's open right now, and lets you slide the delivery time up or down. our promise is speed, and we'd rather show you three honest options than thirty that won't work.
chapter five
for the people looking
no account needed. you can search from the home page, scan a layovr code at a venue, or open a link someone shared. explore what's on at events, or find nearby shops for food, clothes, gadgets and gifts.
we only show what's real. if a place isn't on layovr yet, we say so.
chapter six
for vendors
if you sell something, people near you are already looking for it. layovr puts you in front of them at the moment they need you, and lets them order for delivery or pickup.
joining takes a few minutes, and every new vendor account starts with a One-Month Free Pass: no commission for 30 days, no card, nothing charged automatically. put your business on the map.
chapter seven
for events
concerts, conferences, food festivals, fashion pop-ups, games, campus days. every event gets its own layovr page with its booths, vendors, sessions and food, sorted by how close they are to where you're standing.
for organisers it's a free way to help attendees find vendors at your event, and for event vendors in Lagos it's a way to be found beyond the first row. add your event or see what's on.
chapter eight
where we're going
we started in Lagos because it's full of brilliant vendors who deserve to be found, and with events because that's where people need things fastest. a few more things are on the way. peek at what's coming.
whatever you need, it's closer than you think.
